A group of highly influential and respected individuals from across the Superyacht Industry came together and formed a think tank called Raising the Bar, in order to improve professional standards across the industry for the greater good. Made up of volunteers, they felt that in order to attract and retain great people for the future of the industry, amongst other things a comprehensive career guide would be essential to support crew to progress and transition.
